掐絲琺瑯是中國傳統工藝，已列為非物質文化遺產。會員將學習「彩絲」精湛技藝，根據精美圖案，使用鍍金或鍍銀的鋁線製作美輪美奐的圖案，再在「點藍」工序中使用彩色琺瑯粉填滿線條。會員透過親身體驗，不僅能了解掐絲琺瑯的悠久歷史及技藝，亦能自創獨一無二的工藝品。 Cloisonné, a traditional craft originating from China, is listed as an intangible cultural heritage. Members will learn about the intricate process of “cai si”, through which gold or silver-coated aluminium wire is shaped into beautiful patterns based on given designs. Then the lines will be filled with colourful enamel powder in a step known as “dian lan”. This experience will not only introduce the rich history and techniques of cloisonné to our members, it will also allow members to create their own unique piece of art.

香港文化博物館展覽以「瞧潮香港60+」為題，聚焦二次大戰後至二千年代初香港流行音樂、電影、電視和電台廣播節目的發展，旁及漫畫和玩具。博物館陣列逾一千件展品，闡述香港流行文化的演變，展現社會背景和藝術特色。展覽冀引領會員尋找香港過去的發展，啓發我們承傳香港的多元文化，攜手創造更美好的未來。 The Hong Kong Heritage Museum exhibition, titled Hong Kong Pop 60+, focuses on the development of Hong Kong popular music, films, and television and radio programmes, as well as comics and toys, from the end of the Second World War to the early 2000s. Through showcasing more than 1,000 exhibits to depict the evolution of popular culture in Hong Kong, the exhibition allows members to understand the social context as well as artistic features during that era. The exhibition encourages members to explore Hong Kong’s past, while inspiring them to preserve Hong Kong’s diverse culture and create a better future.

• 每位會員可帶同一位親友出席工作坊及/ 或活動。 Each Member can invite one friend/relative to attend the workshop and/ or activity.
• 會員只可透過報名熱線取消報名，並須於開課日期的最少3個工作天前取消報名。如會員在少於開課日期前3個工作天取消報名或沒有取消報名而缺席，AMIGOS可拒絕該會員再報名參加工作坊。 Cancellation of the enrolment can only be made by Members through the enrolment hotline and it should be made at least three business days before the commencement date of the relevant class. 中國非遺手藝: 掐絲琺瑯杯墊畫工作坊 Chinese Intangible Cultural Heritage Art: Cloisonné Coaster Painting Workshop

掐絲琺瑯是中國傳統工藝，已列為非物質文化遺產。會員將學習「彩絲」精湛技藝，根據精美圖案，使用鍍金或鍍銀的鋁線製作美輪美奐的圖案，再在「點藍」工序中使用彩色琺瑯粉填滿線條。會員透過親身體驗，不僅能了解掐絲琺瑯的悠久歷史及技藝，亦能自創獨一無二的工藝品。 Cloisonné, a traditional craft originating from China, is listed as an intangible cultural heritage. Members will learn about the intricate process of “cai si”, through which gold or silver-coated aluminium wire is shaped into beautiful patterns based on given designs. Then the lines will be filled with colourful enamel powder in a step known as “dian lan”. This experience will not only introduce the rich history and techniques of cloisonné to our members, it will also allow members to create their own unique piece of art.

A Cultural Journey: Visit to the Tai Hang Fire Dragon Heritage Centre

大坑火龍文化館前身是孔聖義學，獲古物諮詢委員會評為三級歷史建築並進行活化。文化館設有展覽空間，展出 舞火龍活動的資訊，屬於大坑文化重要一環。會員可了解舞火龍的起源和意義，以及火龍精湛的製作工藝，同時 體驗大坑的客家文化。 The Tai Hang Fire Dragon Heritage Centre was formerly known as Hung Shing Yi Hok, (meaning ‘Confucius Free School for the Poor’), which was rated as a Grade 3 Historic Building by the Antiquities Advisory Board and is being revitalized. The centre features an exhibition space that celebrates the Fire Dragon Dance, an essential piece of Tai Hang’s cultural identity. Members can learn about the dance’s origin and significance, see how the dragon is made with painstaking craftsmanship and experience the area’s Hakka culture.

九龍寨城公園以復修的前九龍寨城衙門為核心部份，將昔日寨城風貌重現眼前。衙門內設有展覽，介紹寨城的歷 史和公園興建過程，同時陳列寨城範圍出土的文物。會員既可享受遊園之樂，欣賞怡人景緻，還可發思古之幽情。 The focus of the Kowloon Walled City Park is the restored Yamen Building, offering visitors a glimpse of the Walled City in the old days. The Yamen houses an exhibition showcasing both the history of the Walled City and the construction process of the Park, together with the display of relics unearthed in the Walled City. Members can soak up the ambience of the remote past whilst enjoying the scenic Park.

投資者及理財教育委員會（投委會）推出全港首個數碼體驗模式理財教育體驗館 – 投委會理財教育體驗館（體驗館），為香港市民提供數碼化及嶄新的投資者及理財教育學習體驗。體驗館把投資者及理財教育的重點訊息轉化成為吸引的學習內容，為不同群組設計沉浸式體驗和互動遊戲，探索金錢管理、金融防騙、投資基礎等主題。 現邀請AMIGOS 會員參加3 月 20 日 (星期四) 的團體參觀，透過沉浸式互動遊戲，感受嶄新學習體驗，提高投資理財能力。名額有限，先到先得。 The Investor and Financial Education Council (IFEC) launches the IFEC FinEd Hub (Hub) – Hong Kong’s first digital experiential learning centre to provide experiential learning experiences on investor and financial education for the people in Hong Kong. An array of engaging contents, immersive experience and interactive games incorporating key investor and financial education messages are tailored for different segments to explore themes such as money management, anti-financial scams and investment fundamentals at the Hub. AMIGOS members are invited to join the group visit on 20 March (Thursday) to take part in the immersive interactive games that offer an innovative learning experience to level up your financial knowledge. Enrolment is on a first come, first served basis.

《香港：向世界出發》是本地藝術家趙綺婷Elaine Chiu關於香港的特別展覽。展覽將展出不少本地創作的藝術品，為參觀者提供獨特的、身臨其境的體驗。AMIGOS 會員可參加4月2日 （星期二）的展覽導賞團，與年輕藝術家交流互動。名額有限，先到先得。 “The World Map from Hong Kong” is a special exhibition about Hong Kong by a local artist Elaine Chiu. The exhibition will feature a wide range of local artworks, providing visitors with a unique and immersive experience. AMIGOS members can join the guided tour on 2 April (Tuesday) and interact with the young artist. Enrolment is on a first come, first served basis.
本地藝術家趙綺婷於⼆零⼀⼋年獲得香港⼤學⽂學院藝術史系（榮譽）學⼠學位，並於⼆零⼆三年入選《福布斯》30位30歲以下亞洲精英榜。她的作品獲香港⼤學美術博物館、K11藝術基金、法國興業銀⾏及國泰航空收藏。 Local artist Elaine Chiu attained her bachelor’s degree in art history and sociology at The University of Hong Kong in 2018. She was enlisted in Forbes 30 under 30 Asia in 2023. Her works are in the permanent collections of The University Museum and Art Gallery, The University of Hong Kong, K11 Art Foundation, Société Générale and Cathay Pacific.

展覽簡介Exhibition Statement
睽違三年，趙綺婷最新個展《香港：向世界出發》將會展出藝術家本年度布本繪畫和紙本繪畫系列，探索新冠疫情后的香港城市景觀。疫情期間的封鎖狀態促使藝術家以視覺⼿法，反思何謂和平與平衡。這次展品中，畫布成為趙綺婷筆下的「實驗地圖」，以不同⾊塊、像素測試新的秩序和平衡，以香港視覺繪製⼀幅幅想像地圖，找尋⼼中的答案。 “The World Map from Hong Kong” showcases Elaine Chiu’s latest series of paintings and drawings that explore the post-COVID urban landscapes in Hong Kong. The experience of lockdown towards the pandemic urged an artistic reflection upon unity and balance. Here, Elaine imagines a new order and balance on her canvases, attempting to find solutions by painting a new “world map” from Hong Kong’s perspective.
過往⼀年，香港和其他城市相繼重新開放邊界，藝術家觀察和感受各國如何重塑界線。她使⽤地圖板塊形狀的⾊塊描繪城市景觀，進⾏解碼和抽象化為網格和像素，重新組裝並融入板塊。對於藝術家⽽⾔，每個⽅格都代表著不同的⼒量和特徵，其靈感來⾃她和她的五兄弟姐妹，在想像的「世界地圖」上，在同⼀屋簷下，擦出火花，⼜能和諧共存。 In her paintings, she looks at how Hong Kong and the world are reshaping and repainting the boundaries this year. Using tectonic-plate-shaped colour blocks, she depicts cityscapes that decode and abstract into grids and pixels, reassemble and integrate into plates. Each unit represents different power and traits, inspired by her five siblings, fighting for space and coexisting in harmony on an imaginary “World Map”.
展覽同時向各位呈獻藝術家的紙本繪畫系列《解構都市》，展示藝術家以正⽅形作為城市韻律測量單位，提取和比較城市景觀的⽅法。她在過程中反思各社區獨特的視覺韻律、⾊彩和⽂化。是次展覽，可謂展現了藝術家平衡抽象與具象、中國與現代的嘗試，旨在延續香港現代與新冠疫情後的對話。 Presenting together the drawings series “Decoding Cityscapes” displays the artist’s approach to extracting and comparing cityscapes, using squares as rhythm-measuring units. She examines a neighbourhood’s unique frequencies, palettes, patterns and culture through the process. It demonstrates the artist’s attempt to balance abstraction and figuration, Chinese and Modern, which aims to continue the modernist and post-COVID dialogues in Hong Kong.

Moreover, tea master in the Chinese Tea Appreciation Workshop will teach members how to distinguish the flavor characteristics, aromas and textures of major tea types, also to learn the basics of tea tasting etiquette.

位於香港西九文化區、亞洲首間全球性當代視覺文化博物館M+舉辦美籍華裔建築大師貝聿銘（1917–2019）的首個全面回顧展「貝聿銘：人生如建築」。貝聿銘是二十世紀和二十一世紀深具影響力的建築師，他的建築項目備受矚目，縱貫七十載，橫跨遼闊地域，包括華盛頓國家美術館東館、巴黎大羅浮宮、香港中銀大廈和多哈伊斯蘭藝術博物館。本展覽鉅細無遺地審視他的作品，並回顧他的傳奇人生。現邀請AMIGOS 會員參加9 月 13 日 (星期五) 的展覽導賞團，帶大家近距離探索貝聿銘的生活和工作。名額有限，先到先得。 M+, Asia’s global museum of contemporary visual culture in the West Kowloon Cultural District in Hong Kong, present I. M. Pei: Life Is Architecture, the first full-scale retrospective of Chinese American architect Ieoh Ming Pei (1917–2019), widely known as I. M. Pei, one of the most influential architects of the twentieth and twenty-first centuries. Pei’s high-profile projects were realised over seven decades with an exceptionally wide geographic reach, including the National Gallery of Art East Building in Washington, D.C., modernisation of the Grand Louvre in Paris, Bank of China Tower in Hong Kong, and Museum of Islamic Art in Doha. This exhibition will showcase his work in detail and his legendary life. AMIGOS members are invited to join the guided tour on 13 September (Friday) and take a closer look at Pei’s life and work. 導師將教授不同的肢體平衡動作，以提升肌肉的柔軟度，並透過工作坊糾正會員日常錯誤的姿勢。會員於第二課可學習正確的呼吸技巧，不但能減少疲勞，更能培養良好的情緒。 Instructors will teach various body balancing exercises to improve muscle suppleness and correct members’ usual posture mistakes through the workshop. In the second class, members can learn proper breathing techniques, which can reduce fatigue and develop good emotions.

音樂治療工作坊中，導師會以音樂作為溝通的語言，透過不同的音樂體驗，協助會員表達心聲、表述情感，從而令身心得到舒壓。會員於第二課可學習喜瑪拉雅頌缽練習正念。 In the Music Therapy Workshop, instructors will use music as a language of communication to help members express their emotions and relieve stress through different musical experiences. In the second class, members can learn mindfulness meditation through Himalayan singing bowl practice.

大笑瑜伽是一種嶄新和獨特的帶氧運動，這項運動不但能釋放有助減壓的安多酚，更能透過大笑聲音帶動身體進行瑜伽腹式呼吸法，提升身體含氧量。 Laughter yoga is a new and unique aerobic exercise which can help release stress-reducing endorphins and use laughter to drive the body into practicing yoga abdominal breathing, increasing the level of oxygen in our body.

做運動不一定要到戶外或體育館，其實在家也可以做運動保持健康。導師會示範如何於家中利用一張椅子、一條毛巾等工具就能正確訓練以改善富貴包、寒背及膝關節痛等問題。 Apart from doing exercise outdoors or in a gym room, exercising at home can also improve physical fitness. Instructors will demonstrate how to train correctly at home using tools such as a chair and a towel to ease the problems like neck hump, kyphosis and knee pain.

隨著年齡增長，一般人可能會因為角色的轉變而面對身體或心理上的變化。AMIGOS將與房協長者安居資源中心合辦《身心自在樂安居》分享講座，專家會探討培養好心情的秘訣，包括心態的轉變及放鬆技巧等，配合互動環節讓會員加深理解。同場更會有家居環境設計的建議及介紹如何利用樂齡科技產品打造一個方便及友善的家居環境。 People tend to experience physical and mental changes as they go through role transitions with age. AMIGOS will be co-organising a knowledge-sharing seminar on “Pleasurable Lifestyle for Physical and Mental Health” with the Housing Society Elderly Resources Centre. During the seminar, experts will share secret tips for promoting mental wellbeing from relaxation techniques to mentality change management, with interactive session to facilitate members for better understanding. In addition, there will be advice on living environment design and shed light on how gerontology products can be used to create a convenient and age-friendly living environment.

慈善藝術展覽《心聲匯聚》將於香港藝術中心舉行 Charitable art exhibition “Confluence of Voices” will be held at Hong Kong Arts Centre

《心聲匯聚》將有來自不同背景和流派的年輕藝術家聚集在一起，展示他們的創造力和才華。展覽將展出大量的本地藝術作品，為參觀者提供獨特的、身臨其境的體驗。AMIGOS 會員可參加5 月 24 日 (星期三) 的展覽導賞團，與年輕藝術家交流互動。名額有限，先到先得。 “Confluence of Voices” brings together young artists from diverse backgrounds and genres to showcase their creativity and talent. The exhibition will feature a wide range of local artworks, providing visitors with a unique and immersive experience. AMIGOS members can join the guided tour on 24 May (Wed) and interact with young artists. Enrolment is on a first come, first served basis.

The exhibition features a range of themes and subjects, from personal journeys of self-discovery, to explorations of the city’s rich history and heritage, to commentaries on contemporary social issues.

個人資料的收集及使用 Personal Data Collection and Use
• 按揭證券公司委托香港基督教青年會（港青）為工作坊提供登記申請及其他後勤支援。任何報名參與或出席工作坊之會員及其親友（參與者）向AMIGOS、按揭證券公司及港青提供的個人資料屬於自願性質，但若未能提供報名時所要求的資料，可能令AMIGOS、按揭證券公司及港青不能進行或處理工作坊報名及有關事宜。 The HKMC engages The Young Men’s Christian Association of Hong Kong (YMCAHK) to provide registration and other logistical support for the workshops. It is voluntary for Members and their friends/relatives enrolling in or attending any of the workshops (Participants) to supply their personal data to AMIGOS, HKMC and YMCAHK. However, failure to supply the data requested during the enrolment process may render it impracticable for AMIGOS, HKMC and YMCAHK to process or handle the enrolment and related matters for the workshops.
• 在報名過程中收集的參與者的個人資料將用作處理工作坊報名申請、就有關工作坊事宜聯絡參與者、確認及記錄出席狀況及其他與舉行及舉辦工作坊直接相關的用途。 Personal data about the Participants collected during the enrolment process will be used to process enrolment applications, contact the Participants for matters related to the workshops, confirm and record their attendance and for other purposes directly related to holding and running the workshops.
• 參與者的個人資料將以安全及保密的方式保存，直至該等資料已不再有上述用途後，便會被刪除或銷毀。參與者有權要求查閱及改正由AMIGOS、按揭證券公司及港青持有的其個人資料。任何該等要求可以書面形式向按揭證券公司集團之個人資料保障主任<通訊地址為香港九龍柯士甸道西一號環球貿易廣場65樓>及/或港青之會員及社區服務辦公室<通訊地址為九龍尖沙咀梳士巴利道41號>提出。 Personal data of the Participants will be kept in secure and confidential manner, and will be deleted or destroyed in a secure manner when the data is no longer required for the above purposes. Participants have the right to request access to and correction of their personal data held by AMIGOS, HKMC and YMCAHK. Any such request may be made in writing to HKMC Group’s Data Protection Officer at Level 65, International Commerce Centre, 1 Austin Road West, Kowloon, Hong Kong and/or YMCAHK’s Office of Member and Community Services at 41 Salisbury Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon, Hong Kong.
